By accessing or using Resume Pilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, attempting to access other users’ data, introducing malware, or violating applicable laws and regulations.

You retain ownership of the resume content you create. By uploading or generating content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
If paid features are offered, fees will be disclosed at checkout. All charges are non‑refundable unless required by law, except where a separate refund policy is explicitly provided.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, templates, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

The Service may integrate with third‑party providers (e.g., authentication, analytics). Their use is governed by their respective terms and policies.
